If you are unable to resolve your problem using these help files, please do the following:

  1. Create your diagnostic file by clicking on "Capture Diagnostic Info" from the top of the program's toolbar. The resulting file will be saved in your MusicMatch Jukebox subdirectory.

  2. Send us an email, with this diagnostic file attached, detailing your problem as much as possible. Send the email to:
